Following our discussions, Delicias Catering will provide you with a quotation for your event by telephone, email or in writing. If your requirements change at any time you must inform us so that we can review and re-issue our quotation if necessary.
Orders can be made by telephone, in writing or by email. Clients can be certain orders have been received and accepted on receipt of confirmation, either verbally, in writing or by email from Delicias Catering. We require 48 hours notice for any changes to orders. Our minimum order quantity is 30 people from Monday to Friday. At weekends our minimum order value is £150.
For private bookings we require a deposit of 25% of total quotation on booking, with the outstanding amount to be paid 7 days before the event.
For corporate bookings, payment must be made in full by 7 days of the invoice date. Any outstanding amounts will incur interest at 2% above the HSBC Base Rate of the total invoice.
Cheques should be made payable to Delicias Catering and sent to Delicias Catering, Greenhill, Royal Wootton Bassett SN4 8EH.
A minimum of 48 hours notice of order cancellation must be given to Delicias Catering. All cancellations must be made by the client by telephone in the first instance, then confirmed in writing or by email. Delicias Catering will confirm cancellations by email or letter, and the event will only be cancelled when you are in receipt of this. This also applies to changes to orders.
Delicias Catering reserves the right to charge for any broken, lost or damaged equipment during the event, or any loaned equipment broken, damaged or lost.
Delicias Catering has sufficient Public Liability Insurance. We advise that all food must be consumed after two hours of initial serving. Any food consumed two or more hours after first being served is at the client’s discretion and is therefore their responsibility.
A delivery charge may apply, depending on area. Please check with us before booking.
